We perform the translation of financial statements in foreign currency, either to the company's functional currency or to another entity's presentation currency.
Legal Representation of Foreign Companies
A foreign company that intends to be a partner of a company in Brazil will need to nominate an individual, Brazilian or foreign, resident in Brazil, and with a permanent visa, in the case of a foreign individual, in order to perform corporate acts of representation of the company before entities and public bodies, especially to receive court notices on behalf of the company. If the company needs it, ALS Contadores is also available to legally represent foreigners before the Brazilian regulatory bodies.

Diagnostic Analysis
After the meeting, we conduct a detailed analysis of the client’s situation in relation to Brazil. We identify the applicable regulatory, tax and fiscal requirements, such as the choice of CNAE (National Classification of Economic Activities), the required share capital and possible tax incentives for foreign investors. Our diagnosis aims to provide a clear and concise overview of the obligations and opportunities involved.

Service Proposal
Based on the diagnostic analysis, we prepare a customized Service Proposal, containing the full scope of work, costs and deadlines. This proposal covers all stages, from initial documentation to company registration. We adjust the proposal according to the client’s specific preferences and needs, ensuring that the action plan is fully aligned with the business objectives.

Start of the Project
Once the proposal is approved, we begin the process of opening the company in Brazil. We register the company with the appropriate agencies, such as the Federal Revenue Service and the Commercial Registry, we accompany the client throughout the bureaucratic process, and we monitor each step until the registration is completed. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient transition to the Brazilian market, keeping the client informed at every step until the final delivery.
